FEES AND EXPENSES:

Client engagements are billed on a fixed fee basis. All third party expenses incurred for client services will be billed to the client in addition to the agreed service price.

STATEMENTS:

The firm bills once client acceptance is received on an engagement or engagement phase. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Failure to make timely payments may, upon notice, result in the firm's withdrawal from the engagement and/or late client engagement filing.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE ENGAGEMENT:

Either party may terminate the engagement at any time with or without cause by notifying the other party of their desire to do so. Upon receipt of the notice to terminate the engagement, we will stop all work on your engagement immediately. The client will be responsible for paying any unbilled labor, at $250 per labor hour, and expenses incurred up to notice of termination.
